Facilities Management

Facilities Management (FM) is defined as a consistent set of services and utilities relating to the operation of real estate assets by delegating them to a single service provider. It consists of outsourcing services that are peripheral to core business to a services provider.

Based on suitable strategic consideration, FM offers a flexible organizational structure that is simplified, comprehensive and provides high performance, and which incorporates three fields of intervention:
  • Equipment management: Heating, air conditioning, electricity, etc.
  • Management of services for buildings: Space management, delegated facilities management, etc.
  • Management of employee services: Cleaning, mail, reception, photocopying, etc.

Thanks to its technical expertise and its know-how in terms of services management, Elyo has become one of the leaders in Facilities Management in France with the key term being service quality. A single contact
Elyo is a services integrator that, depending on customers’ expectations, can combine any other service relating to the management of buildings and the comfort of their inhabitants to the technical services it provides (safety, security, caretaking, cleaning, telephony, reception, mail, photocopying, maintaining green spaces, etc.). Elyo then becomes the single contact for its customer, based on its ability to manage quite different services and specialized enterprises with an optimal quality level.
