Responsible for a profit centre, the Branch Manager coordinates the work of the Heads of Operations Centres by setting qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Commercial responsibilities
Working closely with the sales manager, the Branch Manager's sales responsibilities are in line with the objectives set by General Management.
He develops client portfolios (local authorities, industry, services) for the branch office:
- Prospecting for new contracts
- Negotiating and following up major deals
Management responsibilities
Working with the Finance and Administrative Manager, the Branch Manager draws up and controls the budget for his/her Branch, as defined with General Management.
He is responsible for:
- Financial reports to General Management.
- Preservation of the branch's assets.
Administrative and HR responsibilities
Working with the HR Director, the Branch Manager looks to maintain smooth inter-personal relationships within the branch and is responsible for personnel administration (payroll, training, recruitment, etc.)
