He coordinates the work of the Unit Managers.
Commercial responsibilities
With the sales engineer and the technical manager, the Head of the Operations Centre is the direct contact for the client for:
- Portfolio business
- Valorizing the portfolio by proposing extra services
Administrative and HR responsibilities
- He assists the Branch Manager in consolidating the needs expressed in the field.
- He is the direct contact for the Unit Managers for questions of personnel management (staffing needs, training, schedule management).
Management responsibilities
He performs regular follow-up of portfolio business (budgets, invoicing, business indicators…).
Technical responsibilities
He is the guarantor of the smooth execution of technical work performed on our clients' premises.
In cooperation with the Branch's Technical Manager, s/he ensures a constant level of technical prowess (safety, quality, technological development, etc.).
He ensures that the services supplied match the terms of the contract perfectly.
