The Unit Manager manages and follows up contracts within the sector on a day-to-day basis.
Sales responsibilities
- He is in permanent contact with clients.
- He passes on to the Head of the Operations Centre all information which may improve the service
Management responsibilities
He participates in the administrative management of the centre.
Administrative and HR responsibilities
- He manages and leads the technical team.
- He manages the call-out schedule (work hours, holiday, sick leave, etc)
- He ensures the harmony of the team
Technical responsibilities
- He monitors that technical services are performed correctly on the clients' premises.
- He shares technical information with the teams.
