He assists the Branch Manager in choosing technical focuses for portfolio contracts or prospective contracts.
In partnership with the Branch Manager s/he is the guarantor of the Branch's level of technical know-how.
Assistance responsibilities
- He assists the head of the Operations Centre in guaranteeing a good technical level on his/her premises.
- He assists the sales team with technical feasibility studies, the drawing up of proposals and contracts with a view to developing our services.
- He contributes to staff training on new technology.
Watch responsibilities
- He keeps up to date with developments regarding new technology and circulates it to the relevant employees.
- He acts as technical interface between the support and operations departments.
